Rami Malek and Christian Slater on 'Mr. Robot'

The Season 1 finale of “Mr. Robot” will not air Wednesday, Aug. 26 as originally scheduled. Instead, USA Network has announced that the episode will be postponed a week following a shooting on live TV in Virginia.

In a statement to Zap2it, the network says, “The previously filmed season finale of ‘Mr. Robot’ contains a graphic scene similar in nature to today’s tragic events in Virginia. Out of respect to the victims, their families and colleagues, and our viewers, we are postponing tonight’s episode. Our thoughts go out to all those affected during this difficult time.”
