Check out Zap2it's first-look promo for ABC Family's newest reality show, "Next Step Realty: NYC" -- it's like "Million Dollar Listing" for millennials.

The business-based docu-series follows the passionate and ambitious employees of The Next Step Realty. The Manhattan-based firm specializes in helping recent college graduates find apartments in New York City while navigating the troubles of friendship, love and work.

The promo definitely gives off a "Million Dollar Listing for 20-somethings" vibe. Not only are the clients looking at properties worth big-time bucks, but the realtors helping find these properties are young people looking to have a good time too. As one Next Step Realty employee says, "If they're not fun to work with and they don't know how to party, then what's the point?"

"What Would You Do?'s" Danielle Rossen executive produces this new reality series, which premieres Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
