What we thought then …

There seems to be something nefarious going on with Jenna (Tammin Sursok) and Toby (Keegan Allen), and Emily (Shay Mitchell) is playing with fire a little bit by befriending Toby. The Liars are convinced Jenna is “A” or helping “A.”

What we know now …

It’s a bit of a double cross, as it turns out Jenna isn’t helping this “A.” But she will be helping a future “A.”

Runner-up is Peter Hastings (Nolan North), who almost gets Alex (Diego Bonita) fired from the country club for blaming it on Alex that he (Peter) forgot to make lunch reservations. Mr. Hastings is terrible, and unsurprisingly has not gotten better on the show.

Honorable mention goes to Byron (Chad Lowe) for having the gall to be angry in the face of Ella (Holly Marie Combs) finding out about the affair.

She puts it best when she says, “You used our daughter to hide this from me. How could you do that to her? I don’t even know who you are!”

Best ‘A’ message …

The video from inside Spencer’s closet is when “A” really ups her game.
