Nothing brings a group of friends closer — or potentially drives them further apart — like a game of Truth or Dare. For “Scream Queens,” the game takes on a whole new meaning that could end in death (Rest in peace, Sam).

Luckily, when the cast gets together to play outside of their characters, things tend to be pretty fun. In the above “Scream Queens” featurette, which is exclusive to Zap2it, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Abigail Breslin and Diego Boneta lounge around in robed while playing a spirited round of Truth or Dare.

The game sees them recounting their scariest nightmares — which for Breslin means remembering the terror of being chased by the Wicked Witch of the West — singing on camera and showing off just how flexible they are. It’s all fun and games until Lourd is dared to shed her character’s trademark earmuffs and show her ears to the world.

“I can’t do that,” she says. “It gives me stress anxiety, which is a real thing.” In the end she finds herself jumping on the bed before realizing that like most things in Hollywood, it isn’t real.

“Everything seems nice but it’s really hard,” she yells. Palmer adds, “Everything is completely fake.”

“Scream Queens” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
