Padma Lakshmi of “Top Chef: Seattle” on Bravo: “I like stuffing. I think turkey is fine, but for me, the sides are where it’s at. I make stuffing about 4,000 different ways. I think this year I’m going to do it with Chinese sausage. We also make a lot of chutneys, so instead of cranberry sauce, we have cranberry chutney, which is very piquant, spicy and sour. We also do lima beans and sweet potatoes, but we don’t do them with marshmallows, we do them with cumin and red chilis. It’s very traditional, but there are tweaks within the traditional items.”
