This new horror comedy starring John C. McGinley ("Scrubs") and Janet Varney ("The Legend of Korra," "You're the Worst") is the latest IFC offering to come out swinging. The tense pairing of the former small town sheriff (McGinley) and his replacement (Varney) makes for a fun duo, so tune in for the marathon of Season 1 in its entirety.

'House Hunters,' 26 episodes, 1 p.m. to 4 a.m., HGTV

If you can't get enough of HGTV, one of its biggest franchises is running for 15 hours Friday and into the wee hours of Saturday morning. It's a combo of original "House Hunters" and "Tiny House Hunters," both of which usually feature insanely picky buyers and awesome real estate, which equals hours of TV fun.

'Z Nation' Season 3 marathon, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Syfy

Get caught up on this zombie show that's like "The Walking Dead" except less depressing and funnier. The marathon ends with a new episode, "Doc's Angels."

Family movie marathon, 9 a.m. to 5 a.m., AMC

If you want to veg out in front of your favorite childhood flicks, AMC is the place to be. It is running 20 hours of family movies, including "Ghostbusters," "The Goonies" and "Hook."

'Blunt Talk,' Seasons 1 & 2 marathon, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., Starz Edge
