In honor of 2014 National Coffee Day — and the fact that coffeeshop baristas can’t seem to spell people’s names right, even the easy ones — “Jimmy Kimmel Live” hosted a barista spelling bee Monday (Sept. 29).

There are three rounds and the baristas are required to give the most common spellings of various names. Everyone survives round 1, then round 2 jumps a bit in difficulty but everyone still manages to spell the names correctly.

Round 3 gets pretty tough — you’ll have to watch to see who wins!

Do people misspell your names at coffee houses? For me, “Andrea” is often written as “Angela,” which isn’t so much a misspelling as it is someone just getting confused. But leave the most “creative” spellings of your names in the comments!
