Oh, how the tides have turned.
In Zap2it‘s exclusive sneak peek of Thursday’s (Jan. 22) episode of “The Biggest Loser,” Bob Harper has a special workout plan but, twist, it’s not for the remaining contestants — it’s for the actual trainers.
Season 16 has been chock full of lessons and workout sessions from Dolvett Quince, Jessie Pavelka and Jennifer Widerstrom, and now it’s time for them to feel the Bob Harper Burn.
“Watching Bob Harper work out the three trainers that have just been pushing us to the limits — I think it’s pretty amazing,” says contestant Howard “Woody” Carter. “They’re at the top of their game right now, and it’s still challenging for them.”
Honestly, it’s pretty hysterical listening to Harper shout things like “Jen, I need you to stand up” and “Dolvett, I need you back on the bar in 3, 2, 1 … let’s go!”
It’s just nice to know that even with all of the fitness training they have, they still struggle with a Harper workout.
